HomeServe Expands into Stamford Offices
HomeServe USA has announced plans to hire 100 new staff over the next 2 years as they sublease more than 13,000 sq ft at 750 E. Main Street in Stamford.
Currently, the firm employs 100 staff members and has 18,000 sq ft on the 8th floor of the building. Now it will expanding into the 6th.
“In the last six months, we’ve had five headquarters relocations to Stamford, which will have a net growth impact,” says local economist, Laure Aubuchon. “HomeServe is the kind of company that hopefully increases with the recovering economy.”
Says Chris Tremblay of building owners, Aegean Capital: “We’ve turned it into a Class A office building. We saw potential in the building. It made sense for them to expand within the building.”
