Competition frenzy in Detroit for class B Office Space

The spiraling vacancy rate in Detroit (currently at a whopping 25%) has meant that the landlords in the area have entered into a competition war for new tenants. This competition is most fierce for occupants of class B office space. It is thought that class B office space has suffered from tenants either being able to afford class A office space or having less capital and moving to class C office space.
